This is a list of what I believe are the ten most important things anyone can do to improve their sleep. Whether it`s the occasional couple of nights of restless sleep or if it`s full blown insomnia, these tips helped me and other people I know tremendously.
Use the same shirt to document the most important landmarks that you go to while traveling. Either bring a favorite t-shirt or buy one while you are on your trip. Keep it handy and put it on to take a picture each time you come to a memorable place. It’s fun, and it adds an unique touch to your pictures.
I was excited when the tea arrived, but knew since it had the natural best sleeping supplement melatonin in it, I should wait until the evening to brew my first cup. I opened a box right away, however, to get a glimpse of the tea. The packaging isn’t as fun or hip as the other teas I’ve tried. Rather than individually-wrapped tea bags, the box contains bags that are joined by the twos. (I later learned this is called an English tea pillow.) I personally like to lift weights, so usually finish off my lifting routine with 15 minutes of moderate cardio and on non lifting days, I`ll do straight cardio at a higher intensity. This seems to have the most sleep benefits for me as well as the other all round health benefits.
The other obvious solution is the “OFF” button. Turn off your TV and then you do not have to worry at all about the TV’s volume. Just imagine the peace and quiet if you implement that solution!
Then I decided that, if I created wealth from within and with the direction of meditation and prayer, perhaps I could keep the wealth for my retirement.
If your doctor decided to put you on prescription medication for your sleep disorder, take it regularly and according to the instructions found on the label. Let your doctor know about all of the other prescriptions that youre taking.
Try drug-free remedies to help you sleep at night. There are lots of relaxing and calming teas available which are caffeine free. Try a natural sleep aid such as valerian. In most cases it takes far more than just taking a sleep aid to sleep at night. So don’t feel disappointed if you can’t sleep. There are plenty of alternatives that you can try.
